Do you travel to clients? Which area, and what are the fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I come to your home or any location you choose (hotel, venue…) across French-speaking Switzerland, from Geneva to Sierre. Travel fees depend on the distance: from CHF 0 to 60 depending on the zone, and travel is free from CHF 300 of services. For a distant or out-of-area town, it's on a quote basis - just send me a message.

How do I book, and how far in advance?

Booking is done online: you pick your services, a date and time slot, fill in your details, and receive a confirmation by email. I recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead for a wedding (trial included), 2 to 3 weeks for an evening or event, and a few days for a lesson. Popular weekend slots fill up fast in peak season.

What days and hours are you available?

I work on Saturdays and Sundays during the day (9 am to 6 pm), and on weekdays from 6 pm (6, 7 or 8 pm) - handy for an evening or event after work.

Question 4

How does payment work? Deposit and cancellation?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made online by card or TWINT. You can choose between a deposit (50% for a wedding, 30% for an evening or lesson) or full payment; any balance is settled on the day. For cancellation: the deposit is kept if you cancel within 72 hours of the service, and refunded beyond that; a full payment is refundable up to 72 hours before.

Do I need a trial for a wedding?

For a wedding, a trial is strongly recommended: we validate your look together, calmly, ideally 2 to 3 months before. Every detail is noted so it can be reproduced exactly on the big day. You can book it on its own, or as a trial + big day package at a better price.

Question 6

Does the makeup last all day? And for photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I use long-wear professional products, designed to last from morning (or the cocktail hour) into the evening, and to stay flawless in photos, even with flash. Options can boost the hold further: false lashes, long-wear lips, end-of-evening touch-ups. The makeup suits all skin types, including sensitive ones, with strict hygiene of the equipment.

Can you do makeup for several people (bridal party, guests, hen party, group)?

Accepted Answer

Of course. I can do makeup for your guests, bridesmaids, mothers or your whole bridal party on the same visit, with a sliding rate depending on the number of people. Hen parties are possible from 3 people, as are group lessons. It's also a great way to share the travel, which counts toward the 'free from CHF 300' threshold.

Question 8

How does a makeup lesson work, and what will I learn?

The lesson is fully personalized, on your face and with your products: complexion, eyes, lips, and the techniques that really make the difference. It takes place at home, one-to-one, in a duo or in a small group. At the end, you redo the look yourself and leave with a recap sheet of your steps, to reproduce it with confidence.
